Espiche Golf Course is set within peaceful countryside and vineyards with expansive views in every direction. The Golf Course sits above an ancient natural aquifer helping to create an environment that reflects the rural Algarve.

A technical Course with a few blind holes, set within unspoilt undulating countryside, the lakes, streams, greens and fairways of the Course have been carefully placed to balance both the demands of the golfer and of the environment, with indigenous planting throughout creating a beautiful backdrop and some challenging obstacles.

The tree lined fairways of Espiche Golf Course are tight yet forgiving, providing a challenging short game experience, while the bunkers along the majority of the large undulating greens require a precise technique and the stunning award-winning clubhouse is the perfect place to relax after your round.

Specialist Paspalum grass combined with Bermuda grass has created a Course that requires a third less water than others in the region. Whilst the natural bush has been preserved to maintain the ecosystem and encourage a rich variety of flora, fauna and wildlife.

The Espiche Golf Course opened in 2012 and was designed by Peter Sauerman.
