Located in Barcelona, 36km from Barcelona airport.

The Club de Golf de Barcelona Golf Course is laid out over rather hilly terrain on the edge of the Penedes wine growing region to the North West of Barcelona. It is considered by many as one of the tougher Spanish Courses when played from the Championship tees – though it does have some stunning views of the Montserrat Mountains by way of compensation for the degree of playing difficulty! The 9 hole executive Course is much easier and flatter.

More than 2 million cubic metres of earth were moved to flatten out some of the contours within this 250 acre property during construction, but many still prefer to take a buggy due to the demanding elevation changes during the round. 

The Club de Golf de Barcelona Golf Course opened in 1989 and was designed by Jose M. Olazabal.
