The La Hacienda Alcaidesa Golf Resort is located in Alcaidesa, near Sotogrande and San Roque.

La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort comprises of the 18 hole ‘Links’ Course and the 18 hole ‘Heathland’ Course.

Both Golf Courses start and finish at the clubhouse. The main difficulty of both Courses lies mainly with the condition of the prevailing winds and the most impressive features are the views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa. Furthermore this region is flanked by two natural parks which further emphasises the spectacular beauty of the area.

The Links Golf Course;

Due to the natural topography of the land, the Links Course gently slopes towards the sea and a beautiful fine-sand beach. Many holes are set next to the beach as almost 2 km of Alcaidesa Links course borders the sea. 

The Links Golf Course opened in 1992 and was designed by Peter Allis and Clive Clark. The Links course was completely redesigned in 2022 by architect Kurtis Bowman.

The Heathland Golf Course;

This Course offers a variety of natural landscapes ranging from the plateau areas (holes 1 to 5, 17 and 18) where the Course has the feel of a Heathland Course with wide fairways and outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea and the local mountain ranges to the river valley, where the holes meander along the valley and incorporate various water features and hazards.

The Heathland Golf Course opened in 2007 and was designed by Dave Thomas.
